It's leaking where it connects to the hose. What should I do?
Sometimes the sealing ring (the rubber washer) shifts during shipping. Unscrew the shower head from the hose, take out the ring, lay it flat and centered inside the thread, then hand-tighten the head again until it's snug. That stops the leak. No tools needed. How much is shipping?

No. The filter is made of PP cotton and is designed to catch particles like rust, sand and sediment from pipes and water tanks. We don't claim it removes chlorine, fluoride or microplastics.
How often should I change the filter?
It depends on your local water. As a guide, every 1 to 2 months, or when it turns brown. Changing it takes seconds: unscrew the handle, swap the cartridge and you're done.
Will it fit my shower?
Yes, if your shower has a hose: it screws onto the standard thread used by handheld showers. If your shower head is fixed to the wall with no hose, choose the complete kit, which includes a 5 ft (1.5 m) hose and a wall bracket.
Is it safe for kids?
It's lightweight (about 8.8 oz / 250 g), made of smooth ABS plastic with soft silicone bristles and no sharp edges. As with anything in the bathroom, we recommend keeping an eye on little ones.
Will it improve skin or hair problems?
It's not a treatment and doesn't cure any skin or hair condition. What it does is catch sediment in the water and give you a more pleasant spray, with a scalp massage.
